Welcome to OK Laundry. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OK Laundry mobile application and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.




1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our app, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have received parental or guardian consent. You also agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.


2. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must register and provide accurate information including your full name, email address, birthdate, location, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

OK Laundry is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.


3. Wallet and Payment Terms

  • Users can top up their in-app wallet using our QRPh-enabled dynamic QR code.

  • Wallet balance can be used only to pay for OK Laundry services.

  • Wallet funds are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

  • Biometric authentication can be enabled for added security during wallet transactions.

  • OK Laundry uses BPI payment processing and QRPh-compatible services for secure transactions.


4. Reward Points Program

Users may earn Reward Points based on their membership tier and eligible transactions within the OK Laundry app. Reward Points are rebates generated from the service subtotal and may be used for vouchers, discounts, or other in-app benefits.


  4.1 Earning Reward Points
  • Reward Points are earned only from the subtotal of Job Orders.

  • Folding fees and logistics/delivery fees are excluded from reward point calculations.

  • Reward point earning rules per membership tier:

    • Platinum Members: Earn a fixed 5% Reward Points on eligible transactions.

    • Gold Members: Earn 2.5% to 5% Reward Points depending on promotions (e.g., watching ads).

    • Silver Members: Earn 2.5% to 5% Reward Points depending on promotions (e.g., watching ads).

    • Bronze Members: Do not earn Reward Points.


  4.3 Rules and Limitations

Reward Points and any redeemed vouchers:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May be subject to expiration based on app policy

  • Are tied to a single user account and cannot be moved between accounts


  4.4 Points Expiry (Dormancy Rule)
  • A user account is considered dormant if it has no Job Orders or wallet transactions for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

  • If an account becomes dormant, all accumulated Reward Points will be automatically reset to zero (0).

  • Once expired, Reward Points cannot be reinstated, even if the user becomes active again.

  • Users will be notified through the app prior to point expiry, whenever feasible.


4.5 Program Adjustments

OK Laundry reserves the right to:

  • Modify reward percentages

  • Add or remove eligible services

  • Change redemption options

  • Adjust expiry timelines

  • Suspend or discontinue the Reward Points Program at any time


  4.6 Misuse

Misuse of Reward Points or redeemed vouchers—including fraud, manipulation, or abuse—may result in:

  • Suspension or forfeiture of Reward Points

  • Cancellation of vouchers

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension


5. Services Offered


  5.1 Self-Service Machine Reservation and Control
  • Users may reserve washers or dryers through the app.

  • Reservations are valid for 15 minutes. Failure to activate the machine within this time may lead to automatic cancellation.

  • Upon reservation, 50% of the total service fee will be deducted from the wallet.

  • The remaining 50% will be charged when the machine is activated.

  • No refunds will be given for expired or unused reservations.

  • OK Laundry staff may cancel reservations for valid reasons such as machine malfunction or no-shows.


     User Responsibility
  • Before loading items into any machine, users must inspect their laundry and remove foreign objects such as coins, money, flammable items (e.g., lighters), or any object that may damage the equipment.

  • OK Laundry is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal property caused by such objects.

  • Users may be held liable for damage to machines caused by negligence, subject to verification


  5.2 Drop & Go Service
  • Customers may bring their laundry to an OK Laundry shop for over-the-counter service.

  • Orders will be entered into the system by store staff using the customer’s information.

  • Customers may choose to pay in cash or use their wallet balance by presenting their account QR code from the app for scanning.

  • The order will be processed and tracked through the app, with notifications and status updates provided.


  5.3 Pickup & Delivery Service

   Customers may book this service via the app or by contacting laundry staff directly.


     Pickup Scheduling
  • Pickup schedules follow this logic:

    • Afternoon Pickup

      • Request Cutoff: 3:00 AM – 2:59 PM

      • Mobilization: Starts at 6:00 PM

    • Morning Pickup

      • Request Cutoff: 3:00 PM – 2:59 AM

      • Mobilization: Starts at 6:00 AM

       Schedule logic may change. Customers will be notified in advance via the app or staff.


     Billing and Fees
  • Delivery fees and other applicable fees are disclosed before scheduling confirmation.

  • Payment is not required at the time of booking.

  • Laundry staff may provide an estimated cost based on item weight, but final charges are based on fixed load brackets (e.g., 8kg or 13kg).

  • The final bill will be available in-app when laundry is ready for delivery.


     Delivery Confirmation and Payment
  • Customers must confirm the delivery schedule via the app or staff (same schedule logic as pickup).

  • If using wallet payment, full payment is required before confirming delivery.

  • Cash payment is accepted upon delivery; staff will confirm the order and collect payment.


     Item Inspection
  • Customers must inspect their laundry upon delivery. Any concerns must be reported immediately to staff or via the app.


6. Membership

OK Laundry offers optional membership tiers that provide users with additional benefits and features within the app. By enrolling in any membership tier, you agree to the rules and privileges associated with that tier. OK Laundry reserves the right to modify membership features, discounts, or eligibility requirements at any time.


 6.1 General Membership Rules
  • All new users are automatically assigned to the Bronze Membership tier by default.

  • Membership benefits are tied to the registered user account and are non-transferable.

  • Membership perks may only be used within the OK Laundry app and participating OK Laundry locations.

  • Rebate percentages, discounts, and exclusive features may be revised or discontinued without prior notice.

  • Misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or revocation of membership, subject to review.


 6.2 Platinum Membership

Platinum members receive the highest level of privileges, including:

  • Priority handling in Drop & Go services (when using the OK Laundry Bag)

  • Door-to-door delivery service

  • Earn points on every wash (fixed 5.0% rebate)

  • Ad-free app experience

  • Exclusive delivery fee discounts

  • Access to upcoming exclusive app features

  • Full access to all app functionalities


 6.3 Gold Membership

Gold members enjoy the following benefits:

  • Earn points on every wash (2.5% – 5.0% rebate)

  • Exclusive delivery fee discounts

  • Full access to all app functionalities


 6.4 Silver Membership

Silver members receive:

  • Earn points on every wash (2.5% – 5.0% rebate)

  • Full access to all app functionalities


 6.5 Bronze Membership

Bronze members receive:

  • Full access to all app functionalities


 6.6 Changes, Upgrades, and Revocation
  • OK Laundry may introduce new membership tiers, adjust benefits, or discontinue existing tiers at any time.

  • Members may upgrade or change their membership tier through the app, subject to the rules and fees applicable at the time.

  • Membership may be revoked if fraudulent activity, abuse of benefits, or violation of these Terms is detected.


7. Notifications

Users will receive in-app notifications and status updates for:

  • Reservation and machine activation

  • Drop & Go processing

  • Pickup & Delivery milestones (pickup, washing, delivery)

  • Successful transactions and claimed promos


8. Account Deletion

  • Users may delete their account anytime from within the app.

  • Deletion will remove all associated data, orders, wallet balance, and loyalty points.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused wallet balance or points upon deletion.


9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable.

  • Self-service reservations deduct 50% upon booking; this amount is non-refundable even if the reservation expires.

  • Loyalty points and vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be refunded.

  • Orders cancelled by staff due to valid operational reasons may be rescheduled, but refunds are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.


10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

  • Tamper with machine operations through unauthorized methods.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent personal information.

  • Attempt to exploit system bugs, vulnerabilities, or payment features.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.


11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks in the app and on the website are owned by OK Laundry.
Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of materials without written permission is prohibited.


12. Limitation of Liability

OK Laundry is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper use of machines

  • Lost or damaged clothing due to user error or foreign materials left in laundry

  • Payment issues caused by third-party gateways

  • Service delays due to technical or environmental factors

Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the service in question.


13. Admin and Staff Authority

OK Laundry staff and authorized admins may:

  • Cancel or update orders for operational reasons (e.g., machine failure, scheduling conflicts)

  • Assist in creating orders for walk-in or Drop & Go customers

  • Accept QR wallet payments on behalf of customers

  • Confirm voucher redemptions by scanning in-app QR codes


14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the app. Continued use of the Services constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be handled by the proper courts of Caloocan City.
